About Grafikus
I’m pretty sure you don’t wanna hear about how I grew up in a “Design Rich Moorish World that inspires your every thought, word and action”. I remember being in primary school. While all the other kids were drawing Ninja Turtles, I was tracing architectural shapes, whether it was a building, a plane, or a car. Although, I have to admit that sometimes I used to draw GOKU. I was obsessed with that Dragon Ball cartoon (Hell! who wasn't?). I never had the normal policeman/fireman aspirations as a child because it never fascinated me. I always knew that I wanted to be a Designer of some sort and an Architect in particular (which I am not now).
While growing up, things changed a bit, but in a good way. That inspiration I felt since I was little continued to get stronger and more intense. That's when I started to understand the relation between my feelings and my designs. See, there is a Euphoric state that I enter into when I travel to certain places, like when I surf some very special waves, listen to certain musical beats (right now am listening to BBC Radio1, it's a Must in life), when I think of certain people, or simply when I’m alone. I don’t know how to explain it, but these things trigger a creative side of me that nothing else will, and inspire my work as a designer. Without them, I am nothing; my work depends on it.
Ok, so you probably didn’t wanna know all that, but I just want you to know that I hope that you enjoy my site and hopefully it will inspire you in the same good way others have inspired me.
if you'd like me for hire, please take a look at my Curriculum Vitae(CV) for all the details, skills and all the good stuff.
